Product Description of Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting

Stainless steel pipe fittings are corrosion-resistant connectors (such as elbows, tees, reducers, and caps) made of chromium-nickel alloys, such as ASTM A182 F304 or F316L. Unlike carbon steel (which is prone to rust) or alloy steel (primarily used in high-temperature environments, not humid and corrosive environments), stainless steel performs exceptionally well in chemical, marine, food, and cryogenic applications due to its self-healing oxide layer. While stainless steel is more expensive than both carbon and alloy steel, it is the only option if piping systems require resistance to rust, acid corrosion, salt water, or sanitary contamination over a long service life.

In the manufacturing process, solution-treated 316L wire is used and cold drawn to enhance the strength of the raw material, followed by cold heading and rolling processing to ensure stable performance and high strength.
