Orich Metal offers the steel pipe cutting service. We offer cutting on lengths of steel pipe ranging from 2 inches to 60 feet, and diameters from 2’’ to 48’’. The type of cutting used depends on both the size of the pipe and the required precision. The tolerance ranges from 1/8’’ to 48’’. And we will, according to customer drawings & technical requirements.

Fixed Length Cutting

Fixed-length cutting is the usual cutting way of the steel pipe cutting process. In this process, the manufacturer always uses fixed-length pipe cutting machines. These machines are specialized industrial tools designed to cut steel pipes or tubes into precise and consistent lengths.

Precision Cutting

The precision cutting of the steel pipe machining service does not cut the steel pipe. That will ensure small dimensional tolerances, smooth cuts, no burrs, precise perpendicularity/angle, and minimal or no subsequent secondary processing.
